The Reverend Chili Cook-Off is about to begin!
You’ve seen them at church, they’re a part of your clergy, and now you can taste your eminence’s beans and get a whiff of all that essence! It’s chili you can respect, but will it honor your large intestines?
Let’s find out!!
“Chili represents your three stages of matter: solid, liquid, and eventually gas.” ~ Dan Conner (John Goodman) in the ‘Roseanne’ TV series.

Believe them into heaven.
What if this is how it is? …
“Hey, so and so died.”
“NO! I can’t believe it!”
Then, if you could see ghosts, you would see the ghost of so and so hovering nearby. They just need one more person to believe that they’re dead so they can go to heaven or else they linger forever in a perpetual ghost kind of way.
Everywhere so and so floats, the same reactions are heard. “No, NO! It can’t be. I just don’t believe it!” On and on it goes, and so and so continues to drift.
Then a guy named Steve dies… boom. Shoots straight up to heaven. Here are just a few of the responses that were heard, over and over, concerning Steve’s death…
“Yeah, I’m not surprised.”
“I believe it.”
“Steve? Oh, that chump? Good.”
So and so sees Steve, the chump, pass by and wave with a smirk. Well… this really irks so and so because in life, so and so was kind, giving, and loving… also, possibly a good baker. This eats at so and so until a shift occurs.
Former super nice so and so begins to haunt his nonbelievers in ways only so and so can, so eventually so and so gets a believer, and then up so and so goes! Or down.
And that’s how we have ghosts.
So…
