Now Now
New
Lifting up
Hands as a cup
Beaming
Seaming
All bright
Shiny dew
Me
You
New
Tension finding evaporation
Allowing more collaboration
Blending all colors
Discarding some covers
Mixing with lovers
Who knew
Me
Now
New
Losing crutches
Sprouting wings
Looking past
Outer things
Investing some time
Losing my mind
Going inside
Shedding some skin
The outside world
Of what doesn’t exist
I’m beginning to see
Within
How I fit into all of this
Giving myself a break
But
Still thinking too much, for God’s sake
Releasing the thoughts that circle around
Half are mine
Some from you
Maybe
Nevertheless
Now I address what is true
Now I look to me
Now, I am
