Gamifying is another thing I’m very big on. Let’s make this into a game. Whatever the problem is, let’s make it a game.” ~ Seinfeld (in a recent podcast w/ Tim Ferriss)

Sometimes, when it gets really cold, I guess, too cold, my heater will just turn itself on.
Out of nowhere, I hear click, click, click and then it’s on. I’m feet away from the buttons on the wall.
My thermostat is like, “Clearly you’re too busy just sitting there. Don’t get up! I’ll do it. I’ll turn myself on and blow out a bunch of hot air for a while. No need to help. Let me know if there’s anything else I can do for you.”
But never, not once, has it been too hot and all of the sudden it decides to turn the cold air on. Not once.

“I don’t fix problems. I fix my thinking. Then problems fix themselves.” ~ Louise Hay
A song to start the week: Fix It by Ryan Adams & The Cardinals on Spotify/YouTube.

I listened to a fantastic interview with Wim Hof this morning during my badass elliptical workout. It made me feel like an animal and laugh at the same time. If you want to unleash the beast within, I highly recommend this podcast: Wim Hof & Aubrey Marcus
