Before the city was in color.
There was no shortage of talkies…
But times were simpler, and a house cost a penny. That doesn’t sound like much. However, the typical salary was a loaf of cornbread, sometimes rye – the yearly bonus – a pickle. 
The new Construction Concierto album just dropped. I love listening to these tracks while walking around the city – it helps fill in the gaps on those random streets without construction. It keeps me going!
