I’m not kidding
It’s Monday with rain
Monday again
It’s Monday rain
I’ve got leaving on my brain
Ready to rock
Feeling a stroll
Get the hell out of this hole
About to burst
Let it rain harder first
I’ll watch from inside
Where I’m toasty and dry
Looking down below
Umbrellas that blow
Break in two
Make me laugh
How about you?
Trip and stumble
A plastic bubble
Snap in half
Blowing hair back
Staying at the window
Cause I’m a knowin’
There’s about to be a showin’
Scanning the view
Anticipating something new
But I’ll take
Anything I can get
Someone soaking wet
A person or a pet
My favorite delight
Is seeing someone’s umbrella
Putting up a fight
