Here’s an amusing article in Rolling Stone magazine about National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation – the movie that lasts the whole year in my world. If anyone’s a fan and hasn’t read this yet, it highlights details about the making of the movie with many insightful comments from the cast and crew. I’ve watched Christmas Vacation countless times. I usually put the movie in at the end of the day. From the moment the theme song begins, I’m pacified. It’s like a baby’s mobile for me.

Today is my final grades due, last push, almost there, can’t wait, oh yeah, whew at 5ish Day, and this post in my inbox was just the thing to give me a smile, some perspective, a chuckle, and the get up and go to get going. Thanks and look forward to your posts in the brave new year 🙂
